To check if the flat is available and reserve provisionally please e-mail to reservas@sanblas11.net. You can use the following languages: Spanish, Italian, French, English, Portuguese and German.

Provisional reservations will be honoured for three days. In order to confirm your reservation a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total fee must be received by bank transfer. If bank fees are charged for transfers, they will have to be paid by the tenant.

The rest of the rent (75%) will be paid in cash upon arrival. The deposit will be retained until the end of your stay as a guarantee and returned when you leave if no damages are observed in the flat and to the appliances.

Please let us know in advance (at least two days) your arrival time and someone will be waiting for you at the door to give you keys and instructions. Upon departure the apartment must be left before 12.00 a.m.
